The GZ-1000 is a single-head liquid filling machine that dispenses from 100 ml to 1000 ml per cycle at an accuracy of approximately +/- 1 %. Output is 20 to 40 containers per minute depending on volume and operator speed.\n\nThe filling head is suited to low-viscosity liquids — water, juice, oil, detergent and thin sauces. Wetted parts are in stainless steel, and the fill volume is set mechanically on the front panel.\n\nDesigned for small bottling operations, cosmetic and chemical filling, and pilot production lines.
